2001, our company (named Changting Henzhao Textile Co.,LTD at that time) began to start the business of baby clothes and accessories fabric. Taking the babies skin is tender in consideration, we improve the technology constantly for the security and softness of the fabric.
2005, we became one of the fabric suppliers for several famous baby brand companies in Guangdong and Shanghai. years later, we have rich experience in the technic and standard of middle and high-end market baby clothes, meanwhile, we find some flaws of the baby clothes in the market, such as the big shrinkage rate, exceed standard of formaldehyde content, exceed heavy metal content, color fading, etc.
2010, we began to be ready for our own brand baby clothes, and established the new company Zhonghshan Zhuoyi Textile Co., Ltd.
2011, we registered the brand "Zhuoer", push-offed 2012 summer clothing series and received positive feedbacks from the retailers.

Zhuoer's process
Buy yarns by ourselves--weave fabric(own factory)--inspect gray fabric--high temperature clean water bleach--finalize the design--preshrunk--environmental printing--check the fabric--cutting--pick cut-parts--sewing--ready products inspection.
1, buy yarns by ourselves: choose the high quality natural cotton yarn, bamboo fiber, modal, Bamboo Charcoal Fiber, Soybean Fiber and other baby inner wear material. Confirm the quality at the first step.
2, weaving fabric: with own weave factory, we can weave the fabric with reasonable technic and reduce the flaws on the fabric as well as develop new products.
3, inspect the gray fabric: find the flaws and problems in the weaving and improve them timely.
4, high temperature clean water bleach: the dyestuff is the main resource of heavy metal, formaldehyde, azo dyes, peculiar smell and fluorescer. Zhuoer inner baby clothes don't use Chemical dye only use the high temperature clean water to bleach. Thus, there will no problems of color fastness and exceed content of textile chemical auxiliaries
5, finalize the design: fix the weight, width, density.
6,preshrunk: with physical method, it can reduce the shrunk after in water. it is a very important step to confirm the size changing after washing but some company always ignore this step.
7,environmental print:we only print a little and light prints patterns, contains little chemical auxiliaries. no prints on the face where contact babies' skin
8, check the fabric: send a sample fabric to the National fiber testing institutions for testing. If it can't meet the standard, it will be reproduced. Zhouer will also inspect ourselves, such as the fabric face, the weight, the width, the lines.
9, cutting: suitable cutting, suitable for the baby wearing, and provide babies with free extending and match the babies' body line, comfortable for wear.
10, pick cut-parts: pick the cut-parts carefully, kick out the defective parts.
11: sewing:choose the reasonable sewing method which will be comfortable for baby wearing.
12: products inspection: inspect fabric, sewing, button, label, ties, zipper, decorations.control the rate of unaccepted product under 0.1
